01 Introduction

Welcome to jeya9. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and jeya9 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering on or using the jeya9 platform in any way, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

jeya9 is an online gaming platform designed specifically for players in Bangladesh. The platform offers a range of games including Monster Plinko, Golden Leopard, Wheel, Betting, Tower, Cricket and Lucky Dice, all accessible via mobile and desktop. 02 Eligibility and Registration

• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the jeya9 platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information. jeya9 may request identity verification documents at any time. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

03 Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on the jeya9 platform. Operating multiple accounts is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being closed and all balances being forfeited.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your jeya9 username and password confidential at all times.
• All activity that takes place under your account, whether authorised by you or not.
• Logging out of your account after each session, especially on shared devices.
• Notifying jeya9 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

jeya9 will never contact you to ask for your password. Any communication claiming to be from jeya9 and requesting your login credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

jeya9 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if we believe the account is being used in breach of these Terms, for fraudulent purposes or in a way that poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the jeya9 platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jeya9 supports the following payment methods for Bangladesh players:

• bKash — instant deposit and withdrawal
• Nagad — instant deposit and withdrawal
• Rocket — deposit and withdrawal
• Bank Transfer — all major Bangladesh banks supported

Deposits are credited to your jeya9 account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. jeya9 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges — please check with them directly.

Withdrawal requests at jeya9 are typically processed within 10 minutes for standard amounts. Larger withdrawals may require additional identity verification before processing. jeya9 reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any withdrawal.

Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that has been used to deposit into your jeya9 account. This is a security measure to prevent fraud and money laundering. jeya9 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

jeya9 offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

General bonus rules that apply across all jeya9 promotions:

• Bonus funds are separate from real money funds in your jeya9 account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each promotion.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated.

jeya9 monitors bonus usage closely. Any attempt to exploit bonus terms — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players — will result in the bonus being cancelled and the account being reviewed.

06 Game Rules and Fairness

All games available on the jeya9 platform — including Monster Plinko, Golden Leopard, Wheel, Betting, Tower, Cricket and Lucky Dice — use a certified random number generator (RNG) to determine outcomes. This ensures that every result is completely random and not influenced by any external factor, including bet size, account history or player identity.

Game results are final once confirmed by the jeya9 system. Players can review their full round history at any time from within their account. If you believe a result is incorrect, you must contact jeya9 support within 72 hours of the round in question.

jeya9 reserves the right to void any game round where:

• A technical fault has materially affected the outcome of the round.
• The round was played using funds obtained through fraudulent activity.
• A software error resulted in an incorrect payout being displayed or paid.
• The round was affected by a known exploit or vulnerability.

In the event of a voided round, the original stake will be returned to the player's jeya9 account. jeya9 will not be liable for any consequential losses arising from a voided round.

07 Responsible Gaming

jeya9 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players in Bangladesh. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial stress or harm.

jeya9 provides the following responsible gaming tools, all accessible from within your account:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much you can deposit.
• Session Time Reminders — receive notifications when you have been playing for a set period.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jeya9 platform. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using the jeya9 platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches or vulnerabilities for financial gain.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the jeya9 platform — including but not limited to game graphics, logos, text, software, audio, video and the jeya9 brand name — is the intellectual property of jeya9 or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any jeya9 content without prior written permission.

Your jeya9 account grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any right to sublicense, sell or commercially exploit any part of the jeya9 platform.

10 Limitation of Liability

jeya9 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to keep the platform available and running smoothly, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jeya9 will not be liable for:
